RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns of lingerie due to hygiene reasons, however if the packaging is unopened and undamaged then we are able to exchange the items for you. Items must be returned new, unused and with all labels and lingerie tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, discoloured, washed or altered will not be accepted and returned back to you. 

If the item is faulty on receipt of delivery and has been reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order we can offer a replacement or refund providing it is returned to us in it’s original state unworn and unused.
